Shipping Policy

Please note that we can only ship to CANADIAN addresses! All shipping is done via Canada Post unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping rates include Canada Post Expedited service and arrives in most major centres (Edmonton, Montreal, Halifax, etc) within 3-5 business days.

Return Policy

All sales of cut product are final (fabric, notions, batting). Other products deemed to be of manufacturer defect will be exchanged for replacement merchandise within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original bill of sale and in the original packaging. Credit card returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
